Phuong Huynh specializes in corporate communication and service culture. She helps clients enhance their confidence in public speaking, business etiquette and professional image at their business and social settings. Phuong’s facilitation style focuses on learning acquisition and application so that participants can change their behaviors and attitude positively and effectively at their workplace. She is friendly and energetic in her delivery, inspiring and engaging those in her workshops to leave with a genuine sense that they learned something that will positively impact their careers moving forward.
With more than fifteen-year experience in corporate and personal learning and development, Phuong has worked in cross-cultural environments: USA, Spain, Germany, France, Netherlands, Thailand, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Malaysia, India, Vietnam and mainly in the following industries: Hospitality, Retail, Fashion, Television and Education. She worked for Accorhotels Group as the National Learning & Development Manager Vietnam. Currently, she is the University Lecturer of Vatel Business and Hospitality School at Hochiminh Campus and in charge of training service culture of Meliá hotels in Vietnam.
Phuong has a Master of Business Administration from UBIS University of Switzerland and is a Certified Training Professional (CTP).
